RAMZES automatic bread cutter
To meet the needs of customers, MASZ has developed the RAMZES bread slicer, designed to cut various types of bread into slices from 4 to 20 mm thick. This device cuts the bread placed in the chamber in two ways (which is clearly visible on the control panel): automatically (selects the thickness and number of slices according to the program set and stored in the device's memory), or manually (provides an accurate selection of the thickness and number of slices, for example, in a store, according to the direct instructions of the customer). It is programmed that the maximum number of slices that can be cut into bread is 99 (the thickness of the slice increases by 1 mm). You can also cut the loaf into two halves.
The bread slicer consists of a body (stainless steel), which houses: 1. the drive mechanism of the cutting block (performs rotational movement), which is driven by an engine with an angular gear; 2. a cutting disk (disc knife) made of carbon steel, coated with Teflon (you can also cut fresh bread with it) and; 3. Bread feeding device (feeding the loaf to the knife), making a reciprocating movement. The cutting block does not require lubrication. The bread slicer is designed mainly for work in small bakeries and shops (served by staff, but not by customers) and has the ability to be integrated into the furniture line. All our devices are manufactured in accordance with current CE standards.
