ROCH semi-automatic bread cutter
The bread slicer is designed for cutting loaves of bread into slices 11 or 13 mm thick, depending on the client's needs. Its design allows you to cut loaves with the maximum dimensions: length 47, width 23 and height 14 cm. Loading and reception of sliced bread is done manually, each time inserting one loaf of bread. When used by one person, the productivity of the machine can be estimated at 350 loaves per hour, depending on the type of bread and the size of the bread, as well as the degree of baking and subcooling, while when working with two people, it increases significantly.
The Roch bread slicer is equipped with frames with installed replaceable high-hardness steel knives. Knives can be turned, which doubles their shelf life, and sharpened again.
The device is mainly intended for use in bakeries, shops and other catering establishments where long hours of continuous work are not required.
