Conical rounder Mac.Pan
Ideal for rounding both medium and soft doughs with a water to flour ratio of up to 70%. The rounding effect is achieved by means of a cone, which rotates to roll the dough through a concave spiral channel.
It can be equipped with a hot and cold air ventilation system, which allows you to perfectly process even the most moist dough with a little surface drying.
MPCR: The distance of the channels from the cone can be adjusted to obtain the same shape accuracy over the 30 gram - 1600 gram range. With this system, rounding force and part density can also be calibrated.
